Proposed new pavillion energy efficient house at Old Beach Tasmania. Designed facing due north to take advantage of the sun while enjoying the views of the nearby bush. A breezeway is located between the two pavillions to draw heat out of the house. Cost effective building materials have been utilized in the design to keep construction costs to a minimum. Structural design was by Aldanmark Engineers P/L.
