This is MY house that I plan to build very soon! Its designed for a very steep bush block in Kingston Tasmania. I wanted to keep the plan as simple & minimal as I could. Upstairs is open plan living to the max! Downstairs caters for the 3 bedrooms & sanitary facilities. To save on construction costs all plumbing has been designed to be in close proximity. The building is designed to be constructed out of standard pine framing with a selection of external cladding. The angled "fin" through the house provides an interesting break to the rectangular box construction aswell as providing a weather / privacy screen to the entry foyer. A steel framed "trussed" bridge will connect the house to the street frontage. Landscaping will be mass planted natives. Modern living & simplicity is what this house is all about!
