This is a modern, beachy styled extension to a standard brick veneer, hip roofed unit in Blackmans Bay Tasmania. It's still in the early planning stage but it appears to be coming together very well. It's always a major priority of ours to make sure proposed developments take maximum advantage of the view & sunlight. This alteration will be no exception. It will enjoy all day sunlight without casting excessive shadows onto adjoining neighbours. The dwelling is 6.1 star energy rated. Structural design was by Aldanmark Engineers P/L. Energy assessment was by Hobart Building Assessment Services P/L.
