Designed for a very steep bush block, this modern dwelling will take advantage of every aspect of the land, bush view & sunlight. To avoid excessive concrete footing & subfloor walling costs we have designed the dwelling to sit on a platform floor supported by steel columns. Diagonal exposed bracing will be used between the columns for both structural bracing & appearance. A steel framed "trussed" bridge will connect the parking area to the front door. Mass planted native landscaping will surround the house. Rainwater will be collected in tanks situated under the floor. Solar roof panels will also be installed on the roof.
