This dwelling is in the early stages of construction. My clients came to me with a floor plan that they had been working on for some time. We ran with many of their ideas but also incorporated some major changes. This house has been a combined effort between client & designer! It will be a highly energy efficient house with magnificent views of the surrounding bushland. Construction will be of lightweight materials for speed of construction & cost effectiveness. Structural design was by Aldanmark Engineers P/L.
