This project was an absolute joy to be involved with. My client required an extension to her small Kingston Beach home that she had recently purchased. It was a typical early beach "shack" that required new life. The main feature of this project was the living area extension that was designed to take advantage of the all day sun & create a connection to the garden. A new kitchen with frameless glass garden window, new bathroom / toilet & laundry area were also designed. For a very low budget the alterations have transformed this house into a family oriented home that enjoys calming views of the garden & Browns River. Addition of high rate ceiling & wall insulation has also made the house comfortable to live in and energy efficient. Sturctural design was by Aldanmark Engineers P/L.
