JWA Design was asked to be the consultant designer on a new subdivision in Dynnyrne Hobart called

"Dynnyrne Rise". The site enjoys awesome views of the city of Hobart & the Derwent River with all day sun. The site had its difficulties......mainly being the steep slope. But we have enjoyed the challenge of designing modern, energy efficient houses to suit the sites. The blocks are selling fast & we are very much looking forward to designing more homes for the new owners. The above rendering is a proposed house for land below the road. This design features energy efficient design, high insulation values, views over the city & all day sun. This modern 'box' style suits the site very well. The home will feature many modern construction materials & earthy natural textures.
