This modern townhouse is designed as a stratum title unit for a large block of land in Lutana Tasmania. It was a pretty difficult job to get a new dwelling to fit on the site due to council planning regulations & the existing constraints on the site. But, we managed to get it all approved & our client was very happy. As with all of our designs it is oriented to take maximum advantage of the view & sunlight. It will enjoy an awesome view of the Derwent River! Parking design was by Aldanmark Engineers P/L.
