I love this house! It will enjoy magical views of the Derwent river & Mount Wellington. It's designed for a very small block of land on the edge of Howrah & Tranmere Tasmania. The main theme of this house is modern, minimalist living. With simple lines & sculptural elements, the shadow play on the external walls from the sweeping all day sun will look great! An initial energy assessment has been done on the base planning drawings & with using standard construction & relatively inexpensive insulation & glazing we have already received a 7 star energy rating! Currently this dwelling is in the working drawings stage where we detail construction documents & have the structure calculated & designed. Structural design is being done by Aldanmark Engineers P/L. Energy assessment was by Hobart Building Assessment Services P/L.
