This house is a series of 3 that were designed for a property developer as high end spec houses. The dwellings take advantage of a fantastic view & feature an open plan living area that accesses the exterior via a multi level timber deck. Windows were calculated to take advantage of solar heating but were also designed to provide privacy & reduce heat conductance from inside to outside at night. This dwelling is rated at 6 stars, making it very energy efficient. Structural design was by Aldanmark Engineers P/L. Drafting by Simon Williams.
