A polished concrete floor is used as a heat bank & also makes cleaning very easy! Constructed using low maintenance products this house is designed around living & enjoying beach life to the maximum. The house also features high quality double glazed windows, water saver tapware & high levels of insulation. All three bedrooms are located to take advantage of the midday & afternoon sun. The house features a thru corridor with windows at either end to give the illusion of space & provide light into the inner areas. The highest level of finish & fixture has been used throughout.
